The railbolt's open channel allows the housing to be dropped directly onto the shaft, eliminating the need for cumbersome nuts and washers.
- FAST INSTALLATION – Perfect for quickly connecting stairway post joints. Install the screw shaft in the rail using a wrench or optional Zipbolt 40.520 7mm deep socket, place the housing gear inside the railing and tighten with the included 5mm hex bit using a screwdriver or cordless drill. NOTE: Impact drivers should not be used when tightening the gear housing.
