To monitor populations of Whiteflies, Thrips and Fungus gnats, unwind Stick Roll Trap and tie to wires, straps or pipes with twine or twist ties. Avoid heating lines since they may melt the tape. One acre will require approximately 14 rolls of tape to run one length for every second row of plants... Some growers use two horizontal rows of Sticky Roll Trap. Place one near the base of plants and the other just above the growing tips. The traps can also be run along under benches for trapping Fungus gnats and shoreflies. Traps can be placed flat on or near the edge of potted plants to intercept emerging insects. Try the re-usable Sticky Roll Dispenser. It makes working with the Sticky Roll a snap! DO NOT USE ON TREES!
