Mini-pleat A/C air filters have 2.5 times the pleats than an average air filter, providing more surface area to capture and remove unwanted, harmful particles. More pleats ensure maximum efficiency without increasing air flow resistance. This saves you money on HVAC system maintenance and increases the life of your replacement furnace filter. With greater filtration surface area, our Tru Mini Pleat air conditioning filters have the potential to last longer than conventionally pleated air filters. Our furnace air filters are manufactured using a heavy duty 2-part, moisture resistant beverage board frame. The material is self-supporting polyester media that attracts unwanted particles supporting a healthier indoor environment. Our attention to the smallest of details results in a healthier living space. It is important to regularly change your AC filter, especially during home improvements. We recommend changing your HVAC furnace filter every 2-3 months, depending on your unique home or office environment. Important Note: Almost all furnace filters have a different Actual Size (the exact dimensions) than Nominal Size (the name) printed on the air conditioner filter.
