- INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Rinse and clean, repeat until water is clean. 2. Drain completely. 2. Add Gypsum to prevent sticking and to add calcium. 3. Let soak for 12-24 hours. 4. Cover with water and bring to boil for 10 minutes. 5. Drain while hot and let dry completely. 6. Sterilize at 15 PSI for 1 hour
