- Mix Plastiprimer thoroughly and follow recommended catalyzing and reducing procedures
- Apply Plastiprimer in one to two coats for indoor wood and wood product priming
- Ensure thorough sanding between coats using 240/320 grit stearated paper for adhesion
- Apply subsequent coats on the same day as the previous coat is sanded
- Avoid sanding through the primer layer
- Prevent contact with metal surfaces after catalyzing Plastiprimer
- Agitate material constantly for uniform application
- Limit Plastiprimer's dry film build to 4 mils maximum
- Maintain total dry film build of Plastiprimer and topcoat at 6 mils or less
