- SOPHISTICATED: The magnetic knife block features a clever design where the bolster already ends in the middle of the knife blade. This not only allows easy resharpening of the end of the blade, but also protects the leading hand from injury to the cutting edge.
- PERFECTLY TUNED: The balanced hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC) for each knife is the optimal compromise between long edge retention and easy resharpening. Anyone who uses their knife frequently will be pleased with this balance.
- UNPRECEDENTED SHARPNESS: The blades are designed for sharpness and are therefore ground extra slim. Like each of our knives, the 1905 series is made of high-alloy stainless steel.
