Atlantis Gong: The gong making process allows for the science of metallurgy to mix with the art of the gongmaker to mix with the magic of fire to create each one of these unique gongs!Chau Gong: Balanced sound with a concentrated, deeper tone up front, building to a controlled crash of a range of overtones and harmonics. Chocolate Drop Gong: With depth and clear simplicity, this gong is similar to the Chau, only the outer ring is lathed away, adding cleanliness and clarity to the balanced fundamental tone. Dark Star Gong: A more clarified, clean tone and musicality, yet maintaining the same moodiness. Dark Wind Gong: Similar to the traditional Wind Gongs, but with an unlathed outer edge. Deep Breath Gong: These gongs are thinner, light-hearted, and fun. The dark unlathed center provides great sustain while holding the crash in. Heng Gong: Made with thicker bronze and a deeper rim. A deep, concentrated, bell-like tone with a very focused range of harmonics on the crash. Lunar Flare Gong: This gong works the stuck sounds in your body so you can release them. Mother Tesla Gong: Very dark and fundamental-tone focused, this gong is completely unlathed with dark, mid-range harmonics and overtones. Solar Flare Gong: A rimless gong. The overall crash has a more drawn-out, concentrated range of tones. Subatomic Gong: Deep and balanced, complexity on the harmonics and overtones and a clarified, musical finish. • The Eternal Present Gong Stand is made from a hardwood, in a hardscrabble neighborhood in Pakistan. It is carved, cut and stained with the strains of both muscle and spirit, and the body and mind connection works to create that delicate ladder, spiderweb thin, where we climb closer to eternity and the embrace of the omniscience that we so long for.
• We have paired this great stand with our favorite 16" Chinese gongs. Each Chinese Gong is produced by hand in China using traditional artisan methods.
• The 16" Subatomic Gong was created for Gongs Unlimited by request. We wanted to see what would happen if there was an extra lathed ring on the outside. We think what happened is pretty special. The Subatomic Gong has a darkness to it's voice that the traditional Chau doesn't. With the extra lathed circle of light like a halo of enlightenment, the Subatomtic has zipped around this universe a time or two.
